HoH Online presence

This is to let everyone know about changes to our online presence. Facebook currently hosts a Group page and  ‘Organisation’ page for Hearts of Hope Australia. The content on both pages is very similar and for this reason we are planning on shutting down the ‘organisation’ page and posting all future updates to the HoH Facebook Group.
